HOGI Suction cup type X series bending center is applicable to metal plates which require flat surface and no punching without holes;
HOGI Press arm type P series is applicable to mesh, corrugated, hollow and all kinds of flat or shaped workpieces.
For large batch of single variety of sheet metal parts, the advantages are obvious. For small batches of multiple varieties, HOGI intelligent flexible bending center has two solutions.
For the bending center with manual tool change, HOGI has introduced the automatic online compensation function. When making samples, the length, height and angle can be adjusted online, and the adjusted parameters are automatically saved and recorded, and only one or two sample parts are needed to set up.
In addition, HOGI also introduces the solution of automatic tool change, which automatically changes the spell according to the shape of the workpiece.
HOGI provides a full set of 3D software simulations. After the workpiece is designed and imported into the system, it is verified by the system simulation and then directly measured in real life.
