High precision CNC backstop:

Adopting ball screws and linear guideways, driven by servo motors, the backstop is positioned quickly and accurately.

CNC stop fingers Z1, Z2:The retaining finger is mounted on double guide rails, which is directly driven by servo motors and equipped with micro-adjustment device and three-step structure, featuring good parallelism, stability and reliability.

CNC X and R axes:X-axis adopts linear guide, ball screw, servo motor drive to ensure the accurate positioning of X-axis, R-axis adopts straight gear rail, high power servo motor and reducer to form a high-torque power collocation. It is characterized by fast response and accurate co-positioning.

X-axis servo motor:Adopting industrial grade brushless servo motor to drive the X-axis, together with the quiet synchronous belt, it features precise synchronization.

Mechanical Deflection Compensation:

Input the plate thickness and length parameters in the digital system, the system will automatically carry out the deflection compensation.

CNC Double V Cores Molds:Users are free to choose double-V same core mold and multi-V mold according to their needs, and customized molds are also available. The molds are processed by forging, with high precision, high hardness, degree of resistance and impact resistance.

Mechanically compensated table (V-axis):The use of CNC high precision mechanical deflection compensation, due to more compensation points, bending machine in the work of bending the workpiece to achieve linear compensation, can improve the bending effect of the workpiece, with maintenance-free, more accurate compensation characteristics.

High precision electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system:

High precision scale:Adopting high-precision scale as the displacement sensor, installed on the C-type plate, used to detect the position of the cylinder, the feedback accuracy is as high as 0.001mm, which can assist better control of the bending angle.
